Adequate but noisy.

Apartment was fine, situated close to the station (5min walk) and town (2min walk). Bed comfortable, shower/bathroom was good. Kitchen area seemed well equipped although we didn’t use. View out the back was over dirty/junk filled gardens. Decor a little tired in some areas. The biggest issue the noise from other residents at all hours. People leaving their dogs to run up and down the stairs/corridors, doors banging all night and a general lack of consideration made for disturbed nights sleep on all three nights we stayed.

This accomodation was super clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check in and great communication. Well designed and styled, loved the window looking out the bedroom. This is in a perfect location, so close to everything needed from restaurants, cafes, to all La Spezia sight seeing has to offer. Short walk to train ride if interested in going to Cinque Terra, Monterosso was the best one we thought. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment and I would most definitely stay here again. Just a side note which has nothing to do with this establishment, no Uber service available and taxis were not available when we arrived. Buses were full as no other transportation service.Travel by train, not bus as it’s a longer walk to accomodation. Thank you for for the wonderful memories our family have made, looking forward to one day coming back.

Huge disappointment. Cold and grubby accommodation

Our stay was a disappointment. We did not complain to the host as there was little she could address immediately in what we felt were significant deficiencies. The building is old with mold on the apartment walls. Noise from barking dogs, closing doors, heated arguments etc went on throughout most of the night. Smoking had obviously occurred as it smelled of smoke and ash was present in the front window recesses. The floors were filthy as the bottoms of our slippers made clear. In summary we survived but would never recommend
