"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"Excellent location , walking distance from the La Spezia train station, which was also the starting point for our journey to see several of the villages of cinque Terre. Our host Simonetta got in touch with us before our visit to confirm arrival and was there to greet us at check in. She gave us excellent advice on how to see as much as we could in one day. Be aware it is a small group of private apartments all in one floor of one building, but it is not a hotel. The apartment was spotless and bright, large enough to spread out , and had a small fridge. The Air Conditioning was a ten out of ten, which made all the difference for us. Highly recommended!! We would stay here again!"

"All good, strictly in lovely city center, Symbolic breakfast, you might find bit difficult to find a car park in town however generally very nice place, I would come back and strongly recommend 👌"

"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

"Very nice property, next to the station, very nice rooms and service. The only thing to keep into consideration is no elevator (which may or may not be an issue) depending on your luggage. Highly recommended."

"Clean, modern accommodation in an excellent location close to the railway station and downtown. It's not very large but it's comfy and the design is well thought out. Excellent service and staff communication. We had minor issues not being able to connect to WiFi one of the days after we had already connected, but they were addressed immediately once we texted staff."
