the room was very comfortable and clean. it is located conveniently near the train station (a little noise but nothing too bad to not get a good night sleep) and near the main street with a lot of restaurants. the room had A/C. This is a fabulous place to stay in La Spezzia especially if you are arriving by train. Only ten minute walk from the train station. Gorgeous rooms on ground level, very nice staff and easy walk to shopping and restaurants

What a wonderful stay! This guest house is absolutely charming—the decoration is tasteful and cozy, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s also very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The attention to detail is truly impressive. They provide plenty of helpful information for tourists, which really enhanced our visit. The only small suggestion I’d make is to update the check-in time in their policies to avoid any confusion. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend

The property is dated, room is small and dark, dusty. Linen is too old, needs to be replaced. It has excellent location, only 3 minute walk from the train station. The trade of is that it is noisy all day with street traffic and train running.
