The place is centrally located, the room was clean and staff was nice. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for being centralized and parking. Never once mentioned that for parking you must reserve your spot. Their parking was always full and without availability. Recommend you contact place right after booking to reserve parking at the location. Otherwise expect to park away from property, a 10-15 minute walk. After seeing location, if parking is not an issue for you I recommend looking at other places.

Excellent location, at the station itself! The Air Conditioning saved us in the scorching summer heat, and we were welcomed into a small, yet clean room. The bathroom was spacious and also clean. The staff were super helpful and kind throughout. Parking was not the best, but worked well. Thank you for all your kind support! You were great!

We all loved the room. The staff were very helpful. I will say that the breakfast that was included at another location was rather disappointing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

It was a very basic set up but positive experience still. Room was fairly spacious (3 beds), bathroom and shower were really good, a/c worked well. But the setup was actually in the train station building - at least our room was. But it was a very quiet room - no train noise. The breakfast was a voucher for a cafe nearby that was small and often busy - for a cappuccino and pastry. Since 2 of the 3 of us were gluten-free, that meant no breakfast. But otherwise it worked well for us as we traveled in the trains every day to the cinque terre!

Excellent place to stay. Handy to everything including train station, shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. Air conditioner was excellent and room had a fridge. Digital check-in convenient, and a bowl of sweets was put into our room on arrival and replenished each day.Paolo was friendly and helpful.

Great Location, good value, very friendly staff

This is a great location in La Spezia with very good access to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was European continental and was at a nice little cafe right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.
