It was a great place to stay with very clean room and bathroom. Good location and overall a great value.

If you are a person who's sensitive to odore, there are always garlic smells around the first door (Not inside their rooms or appartment but inside the building. Maybe restant nearby or person who's cooking) but we liked that smell so it was not the problem.
Rooms inside were Very Cleaned with warm hospitalities, such as Procecco, snacks (Dolce e Salate), freshly designed as marina sailors😇✨💖⛴️
Only flaw would be a shower, maybe only our rooms, but too small and not easy to close the partion door so let it opened. You need to wait until the water gets hot after one person had since water boiler tank is too small, but it's not a big problem, you just need to wait.
Totally, we stayed 2nights but very pleasant stay with a walkable neighbor cafes, gelaterie and ristoranti, also park and the port mirabello💖

Great communication with the property host, she gave us good recommendations for exploring Cinque Terre. Easy walk to train station!

Lovely Stay

While we didn’t meet either owner in person, Ilaria was in touch through what’s app and responded immediately to any of our queries or requests right down to arranging an early morning cab for us on check out. Our room was comfortable and clean and there was a lovely small basket of goodies left out for us as well as drinks in the mini fridge. The location is close to the beautiful waterfront and about a 15 min walk from the train station. There’s a small, clean laundromat very close by and restaurants within easy walking distance. The only improvements I could suggest are to have better pillows as they were very flat, and a larger shower would be nice as it’s quite tiny. Overall a great find that I would highly recommend!

Great location, friendly host
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe loved this little hotel on the edge of downtown La Spezia, it has a fantastic location! So close to all of the restaurants and shops. It’s about an easy 20 minute walk to the train station.
The host is very friendly and accommodating. Our initial train into La Spezia was delayed multiple times and she was super easygoing about changing the meeting time for us to check-in. She was very informative about both the hotel, La Spezia and Cinque Terra. She recommended a few great restaurants, explained the boat and train options.
Our room and bathroom was spotless and well maintained. It came equipped with free snacks, drinks and coffee. Even the daily housekeeper was kind!
We really enjoyed our stay here.
