Fun location right near weekly big market, 10 min walk to train station for visiting Cinque Terre. Would stay again, helpful staff, self check in great, room had everything we needed for a nice stay including balcony and coffee.

Access to units with 2 set of keys is limiting. Passcode or wireless service save the troubles.

Lovely, tiny apartment with little kitchenette and basics provided. Close to train station and walking distance to most old city sites and the waterfront. Staff were excellent and helpful.
Would definitely come back!

Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Hot water and coffee. Pastry shop downstairs. Close to train station. Nice shower!

Very nice place. Close to the train station. Staff was very accommodating with holding our luggage before check in.

Really great place to stay. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Close to everything. Be sure to let the m know when you get there if you need a second bed. Even if a triple is reserved only two people will not give 2 beds automatically.

Great Stay
Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsA definite delight in La Spezia. We arrived by coach and made the local bus connection to the hotel quite easily. The train station to travel to Cinque Terre and to leave for an ongoing trip is a manageable 10-15 minute walk. The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. The checkin was quite easy although a bit confusing as the room we were in was down the street a bit and required a series of keys and entrances but after the first try, it became a very easy process. Yuliya was great about making sure we were settled and attentive about our comfort. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.
