Good room for a short stay. Anna greeted us and was very helpful and accommodating. Located in the historic district with easy walking to many sites, shops and restaurants.

Very clean and looks newly remodeled, comfortable and nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful in every way, we were very late, the staff set up everything in advance for us and the checking in is very smooth.

We arrived early, we were met for check in and they kindly allowed us to check in several hours ahead of time because our room was ready. Was a good experience. Room was simple, but practical.

Great location. Staff provided suggestions for parking and we were able to actually park fir free in an indicated area.
Breakfast is in a different location but is not far and offered vegan option.

Excellent for what I needed! Would stay here again.
Good location, very clean place, comfortable beds, spacious room.
Centrally located, easy to talk to hosts.
Italian breakfast included!
Tea/coffee and toiletries provided.
10-15 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale.
Good stay for who is visiting Cinque Terre.
Definitely recommend this place.
