The property was well located and well presented. The dining options were very limited in the hotel so we had to find an alternative option. This is no problem as long as the weather is kind, otherwise, expect to be soaked.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast too. Location next go park which made it a little scary returning at night as quiet dark roads to walk along. Lovely stay and safe car parking too

Friendly staff, free parking, walking distance to the beautiful La Rochelle with its great array of bars and restaurants. Spacious rooms ( ask for one over looking the pool or park) Handy mini fridge tea and coffee making

I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance due to a flight delay and was advised that the refund would be processed through expedia. When Expedia contacted the hotel to process the refund, it was denied. That is a dishonest practice to refuse to refund a cancellation.

Bonjour,Votre demande à été faite auprès de notre réception à 22 heures le soir même de votre arrivée.La réceptionniste vous a alors expliqué que votre réservation ayant été faite via Expedia seul eux peuvent accepter celle-ci en effet le prépaiement étant encaissé par Expedia et non pas l'hôtel.Cordialement.
