It is just a quaint sweet place with lots going on inside. I would’ve loved to seen it when it first opened. I enjoyed staying here very much. Love all the little places to sit in the courtyard with the different levels

Checked into our room and didn’t do a full inspection before we laid down in bed. As my wife rolled over, I noticed a blood stain on not just one, but two of the sheets on our bed. Immediately went down to the front desk and they moved us into a new room. Still extremely disappointed and disgusted by this whole experience despite getting a new room. It’s hard not to feel grody and question the dirtiness of everything when you encounter blood on your bed sheets.

Ran down hotel and outdated. Rooms are a decent size. Lots of bugs around the pools areas. Hot tub does not work.

The room & bathroom were clean but sparce. The floor was laminate, no carpeting. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no coffee maker in the room or water cups. The breakfast area was dirty and very limited in its offerings. There was dry cereal, and an open bottle of milk was available in a dirty refrigerator (food particles & spill evidence on its floor). The only other food were pre-cooked baked eggs and very greasy sauage patties. Because we had stayed there when it was a Holiday Inn and been very satisfied, I'd booked it thinking it was still an IHG property. We were sadly disappointed.

Very good value for our needs. It was evident several areas were in the process of being renovated and others will remain dated. However the facility was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Might be a good place for a conference because of large commons area when remodeling is complete.

I liked the fact it had a pizza place attached. I did not however like that they failed to inform me the pool was down until i checked in and it was alittle late to cancel without a fee. i do like how ever that there is no cost to leave a day early on your res. just credited one night back to me. I will stay at this place again because the only real problem was the pool nothing else.

Location good, 1st night was noisy till 2:30 am from other guests. I let staff know next morn when i got up. The following nite was quiet.

Both indoor and outdoor pools are closed permanently due to unsafe health reasons. Does not mention this when I booked the room for 3 days only stayed one night with no refund for the other two nights. $300 for a night with no pool and no carpet in the room.
