My family & I love this hotel.Great restaurants around …it’s safe…the staff is great,We’ve been coming here for 10 yrs.No need to take a taxi anywhere you can walk everywhere.If you travel with a big family they have a suite with 2 rooms & a living room with fridge which is perfect.

En general todo excelente, las instalaciones, el personal, los desayunos, la ubicacion, la zona muy segura, todo práctico en la recepción el chico de nombre José es súper amable.
La pasamos muy bien y volveremos el próximo año, súper recomendable.

Perfect location. Great breakfast!
The BEST customer service provided by the staff. The Hotel is beautiful outside. However, the rooms and bathrooms need an update and definitely new towels! The towels provided look like floor rags.

The room was great! Big bed, big shower. The hotel is located in el zocalo so it’s close to everything you need including several great restaurants.
The pool was clean and refreshing and the included breakfast was tasty

We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The pool area was a little bit on the smaller side but relaxing. Breakfast is included and it was very good. It’s walking distance to the malecón and there are a lot of food options as well. I would stay here again.
