We loved the staff here, they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Property was charming (especially the bar area) and clean.
Our only complaint was the street noise, which is unavoidable in this neighborhood. Bring ear plugs!

The staff was so amazing and the building has a beautiful historical feel to it, very beautiful and feels like authentic Bolivia, I highly recommend this hotel

Room was interior room with windows that opened into the hallway and a stairwell where people walked by. Didn't open the windows for security and privacy concerns, stuffy and no fan for ventillation.
Restaurant was told we had a plane to catch and asked to prepare a (simple) pasta dish and bring the invoice. This apparently didn't translate well since it took discussion with FOUR people to mostly get this resolved.
Otherwise decent hotel with a great location but these two experiences left me with an overall negative impression.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was wonderful and the location couldn't be better. We had one of the front rooms and were glad we brought a sound machine. Even with the great windows it would have been a bit loud. But there are many other rooms further back that likely wouldn't have had an issue.

Great location, very clean. Beautiful hotel with many small courtyards and terraces. Staff was wonderful- helpful and friendly. Will be back!

Second time we’ve stayed here. Located in the heart of La Paz, a nice, small, friendly hotel. Can’t beat the location or the vibe.
