It was ok. Battle with lights all night. Card box was messed up and never was fixed. It was a little frustrating to be in the shower and the lights turning off on you constantly.

Mixed feelings about this hotel

It was lovely hotel and the reception staffs are very kind and helpful for organising our tours and setting up mobile phones. However, we left our document bag at the hotel that contains a passport and credit cards and cash and other important paper documents. We realised that we left it at the hotel 3 hours after we checked out. We called the hotel asking for our document bag, but they could not find it anymore, so we lost it. We are very sure that we left it at the hotel, but they didn't take responsibility for losing our document bag, but instead they doubted we left it somewhere else...

Dear Mr. Joshua From the moment we found out about your lost bag, we immediately checked the room with our security staff, and they helped you by calling the other hotel in Tomarapi where you were before where you possibly left the bag at that hotel, we were surprised because they already knew what happened since you also contacted them thinking that they got lost in that hotel. We are very sorry for the loss and we reiterate again that the bag you indicate was not forgotten in the hotel. Casa Grande with 20 years of operation, we never had this kind of mishap. Casa Grande is one if the nicest hotels i have stayed at. Impeccably clean, and very large rooms. The staff are unbeilevable nice and helpful. Gorgeous views from your room.

Fantastic!

The Casa Grande Hotels are beautiful! Their decor is modern and elegant, their service was impeccable and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the variety of pillows, from soft, firm and down they had on top of the bed, for you to pick and choose the one one of your preference to sleep. Breakfast was complete and delicious! It’s a great hotel to stay!
