Friendly and helpful staff in a small clean and centralLy located hotel. Minor room to room noise issues. Lovely breakfast!

Friendly helpful staff..even gave me kettle tea bags etc when I asked.. spotlessly clean and very quiet...but wear flat shoes as it really us uphill ..very steep.. climb to the hotel..byt the La Palma 's streets are mainly all uphill. But would highly decommend this hotel.

Loved how close it was to everything. Property and room were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. View from our room was amazing!
Was a little noisy during our last 2 mornings. Business just below was having some drilling done that started about 8:30am.

Very quiet, very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff, quick and helpful. Accommodations are superb.
