First of all, there is absolutely no one at the reception to complain to as there are no reception hours. I booked a shared room with 2 beds. On the booking it was not clear as to whether the bathroom is shared for this room or for the entire property. It turns out that it’s a communal bathroom. The bathroom lights don’t even work so make sure to bring a flashlight with you at night. Also, they have no soap dispensers what so ever so make sure to bring soap with you as well. At least they have toilet paper. Furthermore, your back will hurt because you will be crouching all the time since the cieling is very low. I bumped my head like 10 times. The kitchen smells terrible almost all the time and the communal room barely fits 3 guests, I never found a place to sit. Moreover, I get that this is a hotel located in the mountains but a little pest control service won’t hurt. I had bugs crawl up my pillow every night. This place is absolutely not worth the price I paid. Ridiculous excuse of a hostel. There are plenty of better alternatives in La Massana. The only good thing about this place is its location. Never again.

Celling is to low. There is no parking space, if you need to park, will spend the same amount of a bed to park. Not worth it. Go to a proper hotel.

Challenging check in .. no one on site. If you don’t have phone service, you’re screwed. Room was a Tight space and 10 feet of view to wall out of the window. If you’re claustrophobic , avoid staying here. Bed was good. Bathroom good. Generally felt clean.

Very clean and high quality amenities. Housekeeping provided additional coffee and bathroom amenities upon request. Common-room/lounge and kitchen is well equipped to allow for in-house dining and place to relax with chilled beers after a long day out. Self check-in and check-out is a welcome notion and allows flexibility. Would return and happily recommend to others.

Very clean and modern. The room was super cute with bike decorations. Never saw anyone at the front desk after I checked in. Would have liked a little more availability for recommendations in the area.

One of the worst hostel experiences I have ever had. Firstly, I was fined 58€ (FIFTY-EIGHT EUROS) for arriving an hour after the check-in window (3p-8p) ended. To put that in context, the room reservation itself was only 29€. There was absolutely no mention of any fees for late check-in in any of the reservation documentation online, let alone something of this magnitude. Moreover, the service was largely unprofessional in other ways, even by hostel standards.

Dear Mr Charles Hull, YOUR REVIEW is NOT REAL. As we already explained you, WE NEVER CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK-IN, but looks like you don't want to understand it and asked you to check your Expedia account. YOU PAID 58,63€ BECAUSE you have BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS. So you have paid 29,32€/NIGHT, which price is, i think very good as you are in high season during carnaval hollidays. By other hand for the most of our customers services are one of the best things of the hostel, with brand new full equiped kitchen, common room with TV and coffee machine, private coffee machine and bottles of water in all private rooms, skis/bikes locked room,... Still not understanding this kind of reviews created only to destroy popularity, as we already talked with you to explain you that you were wrong with your invented fees for late check-in.
