This property is a little gem among the bigger condos. Lovely landscaping for each unit. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Walkable to dining options and to the beach area. Would definitely come back again in the area.

Musty smell, dirty pillows and comforter, broken fridge that ruined our food, broken wifi, moldy shower

Will book again - quiet and convenient!
Posted 15 Feb 2024 on HotelsLovely, quiet and highly central location to La Jolla city center. Ocean shore and abundant wildlife sitings one block away, easy walks to food, museums, and shops. Supermarket and drugstore on the main route in and out of town from this location.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! We were in Whispering Pines, a small cottage suitable for a family of 3. It had a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable living space. I loved that the cottage had been renovated enough to meet our needs but still retained the old charm. The gardens and patios around each cottage are beautiful and so serene. It's a very short walk down to the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants too. There are 4 parking spots on-site but there's also free parking on the street. If we ever make it back to La Jolla, we will definitely stay here again.

Quaint little cottages steps from the beach... highly recommend if you're looking for something different.
