"Facility offered great amenities, staff were very friendly and on top of everything, facilities were clean and well maintained. Overall a fun and relaxing trip with lots of extra activities for the average couple. Enjoyed the size of the resort and the layout was easy to navigate. Would recommend and will come back!"

"Great facility and extremely friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is that the elevators were slow and they were working on a third elevator bay. The sleeper sofa also doesn’t pull out into a bed, but we did just fine and had an amazing time. This hotel is in the hotel zone, which means you’ll have to uber to the Romantic Zone for most sites and tours. It’s best for families, if you’re a couple traveling I would stay closer to the Romantic Zone."

"Everything and everyone was excellent, rooms spacious and clean , staff all around very polite and helpful, food and drinks and concept of the all Inclusive at this resort are different and amazing its not your typical Buffet style its more like Restaurant style where you have server of course with your choice of food and drinks we really liked it a lot and will be back again , beach is so close to the hotel and pools all and all perfect stay and if I can give 10 stars i would 5 is not enough the deserve better than 5 stars in my opinion "
