"This was our first time at the resort and our trip was unforgettable. First and foremost, the staff and service we received was outstanding. The following employees made our stay exceptional: Rafi & "Nacho" team (Sonne Club); Patricia & Julissia (Rosato); Rosalio & Gume & Mariajose (Buffet); Fernando (Concierge) and Rico (the piano man). We came to the resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed for 2 weeks. We stayed at the penthouse room and we had amazing view of the ocean and the beach. We loved our Sonne Club experience from service to drinks and food -- simply phenomenal. Dining options were all great, but our favorite were Rosato (Italian), La Cevichería (Seafood), Chulavista (Buffet) and Sonne Club. We loved the location of the resort -- there are malls that are walking distance and it's close to the airport and also to Malecon. Overall, we had such a fantastic experience at Fiesta Americana that we will be coming back for years to come. Thank you Fiesta Americana for making our stay unforgettable. "
"Seems they do their best to provide a good hotel experience at a very low level facility. It’s not a wanna return to stay place sorry to say. The food/restaurant options are at best cafeteria type dining experience.
The staff are attentive and try to help hotel guests as best as they can.
Overall, it is not a place I’d return to stay."
