The machine to assign your room key to bracelet was broken when we arrived but staff was very helpful in assisting us to enter our room. You will be offered a visit to attend the sister resort and get a sales pitch. It was not pushy but there were 3 tiers of pitches. We were offered nice incentives and had a lovely breakfast there. "

"This hotel is such a vibe! Adults only hotel with beautiful rooms, great views, amenities and restaurant. The staff is incredibly helpful and very professional. The location is perfect for walking and close to shopping, great restaurants, a few minutes from the boardwalk and so much more."

"We chose this resort because of the great reviews. The staff was great and the grounds were very nice. When we had an issue, the general manager came to personally check on us. That said, there are a couple big deal-breakers for us. They actually open up the resort for day passes to the public and the crowds at the pool and buffet were ridiculous. When you pay to stay, you want it to feel relaxed and not like the community pool. We’ve stayed at other resorts where we did feel a sense of privacy and that is top priority. The rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. Housekeeping did not clean our floors and came at varying hours."

"We chose this property for a three day stay at the end of the trip that we were on in the area. We had been there almost 17 years ago when our boys were little with the boys and had a wonderful time and we’re feeling nostalgic so we decided to return. The resort has changed a lot, of course but"

"I’m giving the hotel a rating of stars because I do believe that’s an appropriate rating for this place. We only ate at the buffet and the bar snacks and found the food underwhelming. It was edible but we mostly ate off the resort as we wanted authentic Mexican food. Drinks were very strong; be careful lol. 95% of the staff were great but comparing to other resorts, a lot of the staff we walked past looked unhappy. Shout out to Danell and Carlos at the pool! These guys made all the difference for me. Carlos works his bum off and Danell just made me feel welcome and valued. The rooms were the biggest problem for me, no fan in the bathroom makes the room smell mildew. The tile floors look dingy and my shower head was garbage. The fridge is not stocked with drinks or water. Beach bar was awesome, I loved it there but you need to know beach peddlers will be on you all the time. Lastly the location was lacking. We often had to cab or uber to get to places like the marina or romantic zone. Safety was never a concern. "
