The first day the floor wasn't clean. A lot of hair was on the floor. Maybe they hadn't much time to clean. From the second day on it was good. The staff at Marriott was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plenty and good. The pool was clean. Sometimes at night it was a bit noisy with the Mexican people. The air-conditioning worked well. For longtime stay I would prefer a coffeemaker.

Great Hotel. Free airport shuttle

Beautiful Hotel with great staff. We arrived very early and could lock up our bag's. We were able to check in a half hour early. They do not have fridges in the room but will give you ice at the bar if you have a bag or container. The have a free shuttle to the airport. The driver was very friendly and a safe driver. We will be back.

Property is close to shopping & the airport. Staff is very helpful. Continental breakfast has more than enough selections. They even gave us a bag lunch to bring to the airport.

One night stay in Puerto Vallarta

It was a comfortable overnight stay. We have been coming to PV for years and only needed a one night stay after a road trip. Everything was good, even the breakfast which I was not sure about after reading some of the reviews. Would stay again for an overnighter.

After a canceled flight I opted to book my own hotel for relaxation. The room itself was great with an amazing mountain view. The bathroom didnt have any bath towels and I didn't have any hot water in the shower. No towels were available for the pool either. Got a great sleep but wasn't the relaxation I hoped for.

We had four nights there as friends we’re staying there arrived December 30 The pillows in our room must have been never replaced absolutely no nothing in them The restaurant was closed New Years Day when we went for supper cook never came in They ran out of food and dishes for breakfast The Starbucks most of the time had no one there plus ran out of cups and lids Room was only cleaned twice and the halls and elevators We’re dirty the hole time Eddie who works in the kitchen and drives the shuttle is the one great thing there helped us out getting ice and Getting a ride to La Penita with Morgan Both we’re amazing people.

Desafortunadamente fue un estancia nada agradable, no pudimos descansar reportamos la velocidad de el aire acondicinado estaba a tope hacia muchisimo ruido , nos dijeron que era normal teniamos tres habitaciones en dos era la misma situacion no se podia regular , nos quedamos 3 días despertando cansados de no poder dormir, ya habiamos Venido antes, el servicio y calidad definitivamente A bajado mucho, hay mucha gente poco staff, el que se lleva la estrella a la mala atencion es Fernando Bartender de la alberca de arriba muchacho morenito de pelo corto, con su pesima actitud creo que no tiene las hailidades para ofrecer servicio al cliente, habia recomendado este destino a muchos amigos por mis experiencias anteriores, creo que hoy con tristeza no volveria, ya no es el lugar de relajación y excelente servicio que me trajo en mi primer experiencia, hoy en dia es un servicio deficiente y generico demeritando totalmente el entorno y calidad que tenian en un inicio!
