Upon arrival the receptionist was on a call and didn’t even acknowledge we had arrived. Once the call ended we were attended to and assigned our room. Upon entering the room we noticed there were no towels in the bathroom. We hd to go to the front desk to get towels. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable but we managed for the two nights we were there. Overall experience was manageable but not top notch.

horrible service, the lady at the front desk is rude and doesn't like to her job!

The room wasn’t clean and there are con webs in every corner of the room. The chair is stained and dirty. The room was smelly. There were hairs on the blanket. Will never stay there again.

We had to ring the bell multiple times before a worker came to help us. She did not apologize or acknowledge that we had to wait. The quality of the hotel does not match the price.
