The property was advertised with a pool & hot tub. Neither were working.

Our door would not open (the door was broke notbthe lock). I spent over 10 minutes trying to get into the door and a staff said: "a lot of doors are broke there's nothing we can do" I tried to get moved to a different room the next day, and staff said I couldnt and wouldn't refund. Moreover, they had a huge attitude with me. I had to leave my door ajar several times just to get in my room. Fortunately Expedia customer support saved the day & got a new motel for us the 2nd night and refunded me directly. I have never left a review for a motel before, and tend to travel cheap. I dont mind run down motels or even questionable people around -- but the customer service & rudeness from this motel was beyond belief

Room was dirty, carpet stunk, tv remote and light switches were grungy, bathroom sink was moldy and smelled. Very unpleasant won’t stay there again. Staff was super nice but the place is old and in need of upgrading.

The rooms need a total rehab. The walls are dirty, the moldings around the doors are totally chipped and cracked, the ceilings Need to be redone,. The bathrooms are OK, except that the sink and the countertop needs to be replaced, very chipped and stained . In my personal opinion, it is in worse condition than any Motel 6 I’ve ever been in

Old and used up. Carpet was ancient. Paint was chipped and sloppy. Bathroom door and main door were difficult to operate.

Carpets were dirty. Not enough plug ins for cpaps, phones, and hearing aids.

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for there so I hesitate to complain but just advise that it's not what you'd call a great value. The staff is good and they have onsite security which I appreciate, especially when someone is violently shaking the exterior door so intently that it wakes me in my room 4;doors away. Homeless are camping in the parking lot, can't miss them, they're the type that are always awake, little uncomfortable taking the dog out to pee with a guy also there to pee. Again, can't complain too much, it was cheap and they did provide security so I never really felt threatened or worried too much about my car, I'm just going to pay a little more down the street next time though.
