"We stayed on the second floor and had a nice balcony with a view of the volcano which was beautiful. The room had a few inconveniences - there was no countertop by the sink for toiletries and the Wi-Fi was very poor. Also, be ready for an early wake-up as the birds start chirping around 5 a.m. and it’s a full-on orchestra. Overall, it was a nice place."

"The room was spacious, perfect for two people. The bathroom was also big and cormfortable with a hairdryer. You're surrounded by nature and can see many bords from the balcony while having breakfast from your room. My only two criticisms are, first that the pillows available are too thick, second is that the wifi didn't always work properly in the evening. "

"Everything was outstanding. Great location. Room was amazing. Awesome restaurant. And to top it off, our rental car had a flat tire the morning we were checking out, and the staff changed the tire for us within minutes to help us out - definitely went above and beyond. "
