"Grounds are way more beautiful and lush than the pictures show. Pool area has cool and warm and hot pools. AC in the room was nice and cold. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. Front desk helped us contact the rafting and chocolate activities we did. Location is 5 minute walk from the El Salto rope swing. A few minutes driving to get to the center of La Fortuna. Close to everything but just off the main road so very quiet - you don't hear any traffic - just the birdsong. There is also a rushing waterfall and river on the back of the property that made a beautiful soothing background noise. There is no closet/hangers or way to hang up wet things (or towels) unless you bring your own hooks/clothesline, which we did. Brought simple plastic over-the-door hooks which were lifesavers. Put the clothesline outside but nothing really dries unless it is in the direct blazing sun or inside away from the humidity. "

"Private, Bungalow type setting. The room was well equipped, with internet, air conditioning, plenty of excellent coffee on hand. Morning times were what my wife and I really enjoyed. A fantastic breakfast complete with plenty of excellent chilled, fresh fruit, and excellent company with the owner and his family. Monkey’s, Turkeys, Toucans, and a friendly little Hummingbird that would appear every morning, buzzing around close by as she enjoyed breakfast with us! Needless to say, we plan on returning next March. Fantastic experience. "
