Great breakfast including an omelette station. The room was very clean. But sadly all tvs at the hotel were having a problem with signaling. All channels were fuzzy and they were not able to fix it.

This was a very convenient property, close to town and lots of dining options. The views were wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar on the property. The soda next door is delicious! They helped us book some lovely excursions. Nice base to explore Arenal and La Fortuna. Breakfast was delicious!!!!

Lovely front desk and housekeeping team, rooms and grounds are beautiful. My only complaint is I wish I had a full length mirror in the room but I lived without it lol. Breakfast crew was great too.

We were warmly received by the hotel staff, the welcoming and service was truly great. The same cannot be said about the condition of the room, all faucets were not properly working (shower was leaking all night, the sink handles were super loose) and overall there was a humidity smell in the room. But we still enjoyed our stay because the breakfast and staff were awesome.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Loved the patio! Bathroom shower was great, but lighting not so much for makeup. Breakfast was included and it was good but you had to remember to call the night before for reservations. Also they serve you at the buffet I assume to control food waste, so you just need to be patient.I did forget to make reservations one time but they accommodated us no problem. The pool was really nice, fantastic view of the Arenal volcano. The only con was that the hot tub water was very dirty.

Loved our stay at the Hotel Magic Spa. Staff were so sweet and accommodating. We had such a beautiful view. Our room was clean. Breakfast was provided and was good. The location was perfect, in the middle of a lot of restaurants and stores. Would definitely recommend.

The view of the Volcano and Mountain from our room. We were also able to see everything from the poolside of the resort. Room 504 is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were kind, room was cleaned daily with robes placed in the closet. The cleaning staff decorated the bed daily with a new design. It was cute. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious.

Room was clean. Staff was above and beyond. Room service staff hospitality was off the charts, she went above and beyond and even took the time to make a beautiful display with our hand towels. Hotel location is in a very convenient location. I will stay here again!

There were limited options for breakfast. The hotel staff and cleaning lady were fantastic, we had Ester and she was great! Some of the hot tubs were not up and running for use.
