"We loved our two nights at Casa Luna and if we are ever back in La Fortuna we would definitely stay again. The property is beautifully maintained, the staff is friendly and the food at breakfast and at the pool side bar exceeded our expectations (we went out for dinner). There were so many places to chose from in La Fortuna and I’m so glad I chose Casa Luna!"

"Hotel Sanctuarium is truly a sanctuary. The property is grand and meticulously cared for. Surrounded by tropical jungles, views of the mountains and the valley below, it was by far the best place to stay for our trip to La Fortuna. And it is only a 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown. There is a restaurant on site with exquisite food. Perfect after a long day of activities so we didn’t have to venture back into town every night to find somewhere to eat. They cater to any specific dietary needs. The rooms are big and immaculate. They each have their own wall of windows that open to a large patio where you can sit and view the jungle covered mountains or the vast valley below. From the time we booked (even before we arrived) the staff was so attentive and helpful in getting our excursions arranged, along with transportation. Genesis, Johan, Kevin, Kevin A, Fabiola, Yeraldin, and Dayana pampered us at every turn, delivering drinks and food to us wherever we happened to be on the property. They answered a multitude of questions and showed us around the sanctuary. The staff were all fluent in English so it was easy to communicate but they also welcomed my efforts to speak Spanish. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a truly wonderful experience. Thank you Hotel Sanctuarium for making our stay perfect!"

"The room was large and clean. We recommend the garden view with a balcony. Breakfast was delicious. The property also has trails leading down through the woods along the river to observe nature and wildlife. You can even swim in the river if you want. Would gladly stay here again. "

"Simply amazing. From start to finish the receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. Beautiful property with so many places to relax, super aesthetically pleasing and a must stay at place if you’re visiting La Fortuna. It’s only a 6 min drive to the main strip in La Fortuna and if you decide to walk, you can get there in around 15 minutes. The room has an outstanding view of the river next to the property and if you wish you can go through the trail and go to creek to check it out yourself. Room was super clean, amazing balcony view, nothing more you can ask for. Pool, multiple sitting areas, hammock, pool tables, etc.. 10/10 MUST STAY AT! Will be going back, thank you to Silva for her hospitality."

"Beautiful property, the shared outdoor kitchen was so nice to use and then sit and enjoy the sounds of birds and the fresh air. I now wish I could have my own! The room was fine, had all the necessary essentials and the AC worked great. The space indoor and outdoor felt safe and secure and the other guests were respectful and polite. The staff was helpful in figuring out the parking situation so that everyone could park and not get in each others' ways. One thing to be aware of is that the shower has only one water temperature: lukewarm. It was a bit of a surprise but was not a problem for us because of the warm climate. We now also realize that it's quite common in Costa Rica, the next hotel we stayed at also did not have hot water. The location was very good, away from the immediate busy areas of La Fortuna but close enough to walk or drive. There was also a popular swimming spot in the river just down the road. We would definitely consider staying here again in future visits to La Fortuna!"
