Room was large and comfortable. Food was excellent, bird watching was very interesting. Other services including a cold pool and a pool table were available but we haven't used it. A nice place to stay. Tours at reasonable prices are also available.

Lovely view of Arenal volcano from the dining area. Definitely have the reception desk book all your excursions and transportation for you. They are very helpful and can get you good rates. John was very helpful in making travel arrangements for me. Just 3 short blocks from central zone of town.

Loved breakfast (not included) and bird watching in the mornings, the sloth tour with Armando offered through the hotel was amazing and well worth the price. Location was great, short and safe walk to town (bring a flashlight or phone light). Beds weren’t the best and the sheets were musty but we slept so well and weren’t bothered by any noise.

Centrally located but receptionist tried to get us to pay in cash at a higher rate than listed on Expedia
