Food was terrible. We waited until 730pm to be checked in. The music was eh, the jacuzzi was not a jacuzzi but a barely warm pool. I will still with airbnbing and driving to the best local restaurants and nothing was infused with love in this experience. The tv was not smart and had no Netflix or any way to connect. Everything was mediocre at best. I was promised an extra night for the trouble and I still have not received this to make up for it.

Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi esposo en el Grand Matlali Hills y fue la mejor decisión. La pasamos muy bien y Abraham hizo que nuestra última noche cerrara con broche de oro. Gracias Abraham! Mi esposo te agradece muchísimo ayudarle a terminar su celebración de una forma tan especial.

the resort is not near anything walkable. Dining options was limited to 1 place and that was the buffet. when trying to reserve the advertised restaurants, they were always closed. If you do not speak Spanish I would not recommend. you will just be frustrated.

If you decided to book here call ahead to find out what is actually available - this was NOT worth the money the food is only a buffet, no activities, no in room service like refill of sodas. I dont drink but doubt that is even worth the money. I would NEVER stay here again all inclusive is a lie and false advertisement and this hotel should not be advertising this establishment as an l inclusive.. The stove didnt work so couldnt even make something since the limited buffet was VERY limited. Spent more time on the phone and in the office trying to figure oout why things w3e3rent working even asked to go back to my originial room King suite because they didnt even heat up the pool on the terrace that I paid an extra $200 a night for. This whole place was a scam. All inclusive does not mean you sleep and eat buffet. NEVER WILL STAY AGAIN- staff could care less as well so convos went no where

Horrible stay don’t use this hotel. Everything sucks especially smell in the rooms and bathroom. Food was terrible causing food poisoning. Staff was not helpful especially the manager. Over charging for things
