Very clean and nice hotel
good service
Not enough parking
Competitive price
Excellent location
Water, coffee and tea free 24hrs
Newly renovated rooms
All amenities are available except the slippers
We loved the experience
We will sure come again

Old school , old world charm , every time I've visited old Quebec I've learned something new

Outstanding service. Staff was both professional and courteous. Always had someone on staff who spoke English. Not much in the way of coffee.
