Property is beautiful although is is showing it's age. It had quite a bit of fruit flies inside the room, mostly in the windows and bathroom.
The stay is to be enjoyed by visiting the nearby neighbour towns and sightseeing. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, I'd recommend going to the closest village, La Alberca.

Truly unique space and experience. Some of the best food I have ever eaten, though I may have been biased because I was at a wedding with amazing people

Posted 14 Aug 2020 on HotelsReally lovely hotel, the building and its surroundings are stunning, as are the Las Bóvedas restaurant and the Mudéjar Bar. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There wrong room was allocated to my friends and the issue was solved promptly and in a very friendly manner.
There are quite a few stairs to access the lobby. I would have struggled to get to the top if I had carried a bigger suitcase. If there was another way in, I did not see it. The rooms are lovely but need a little bit of love (the furniture is a little dated).

Wonderful hotel very clean and modern. Is kind of close to downtown.
Definitely will go back again if i cone to Leon y Castilla.

Maravilloso sitio de desconexión y relax, cerca de un pueblo con tradición y por la noche las villas son como un cuento de hadas, precioso.

Personal muy atento y profesional. Instalaciones y servicio excepcionales. Las villas confortables, cómodas y con mucho encanto. El spá muy completo y la atención y calidad en el restaurante muy recomendable.
(Una persona alojada creó un conflicto a raíz del aparcamiento en los reservados de las villas, mi vehículo es grande, y este usuario consideraba que había ocupado dos plazas, las malas formas le quitaron la razón si alguna vez la tuvo, una llamada a recepción exponiendo el caso y la resolución del tema fue rápida y excepcional ofreciéndome un aparcamiento cubierto premium y una atención comercial.
