Merci d'avoir pris le temps de noter notre établissement.
Nous sommes cependant étonnés de lire votre commentaire, car une fois sur place, vous n'avez finalement pas séjourné dans notre hôtel, en raison de l'absence de climatisation.
Nous avons ainsi annulé votre réservation, sans frais supplémentaire.

Cheap pit stop

Our hotelF1 Bourgoin Jailleu is located 5 minutes drive from L'Isle-d'Abeau and 20 minutes drive from Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport. By car, the A43 motorway can be reached in just 3 minutes and Lyon city centre in 30 minutes. Free private parking is available on site. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access.
All rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower. The hotel does not provide standard towels in an environmentally friendly way. An extra large microfibre towel can be purchased on site for EUR 3.Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, and your feedback helps us to improve our services.

Dirty and run down hotel, I've used Premiere Classe hotels in the past and they've been much better.

Good value
Posted 13 Apr 2018 on HotelsFor the money the hotel was acceptable. Also the staff were very helpful. The 5 euro breakfast was basic but again good value.
The rooms cleanliness was the let down. It's not just about changing sheet, a little wipe down here and there would have helped.

Perfect for a cheap stopover on the way to the Alp
Posted 13 Feb 2018Not 5* but what do you expect for the price! It was ok, some rooms within our party were a bit smelly but beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Can walk to local supermarket where there is a pizza restaurant but other than that not a lot around. We literally had pizza, slept and left early - didn't have breakfast so cannot comment but take a travel kettle if you want a cuppa in your room.
