Love this hotel, convenience location. 1 min walk to subway, 15 mins walk to nishiki market. Love the welcome drinks area and the public baths. Great soba restaurant across the road.

The hotel was very nice and clean with great breakfast buffet. Their public bath was big and clean and I really enjoyed it after walking around Kyoto all day. Only thing is that there were not too many dining options in immediate area (there were some). Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel with great facilities like public bath onsen. Hotel is very accessible from main Kyoto terminal

The breakfast is worth every penny! Lots of options for both western and Japanese tastes and the coffee is so delicious. Just a short walk away is the restaurant Taiho where you can enjoy the best ramen Kyoto has to offer!

Pros: The staff was lovely!!! The hotel is close to a train station and it is easy to walk anywhere. Cons: The floor in the room was outright dirty and there was filth behind the toilet lid (mostly yucky hair). It looked like the edges of the carpet (by the walls) were never vacuumed and there were many stains (milk or coffee) on the floor. I could also see some caked in grains of rice scattered around.
