Very friendly staff and accommodating. Nice, clean, and comfortable room and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. Will stay here again!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very well located near Gion a 10/15 minute walk from Koyoto station. Reasonable room rate and was booked it last minute. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to use the kettle!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your precious time in Kyoto and for sharing your feedback. Our hotel located near the Gion area which has many famous temples and shrines. Also, just a short walk to the subway station which you can easily get to Fushimiinari Shrine, Shimogamo Shrine and Uji area. However, we apologize that we do not have enough explanation for the way to use the kettle. We will improve our information file and are working hard to be able to provide nice services and let our guests have a nice experience in Kyoto. Once again, thank you for posting a review for us. Very freindly staff. Big room and well set out with all you need. Only point to note is this hotel charges fir bottles of water in the rooms. Otherwise a great choice.

Convenient and clean room.

部屋は決して広くは無いが、清潔感がありトイレとお風呂が別々なのが良い。姿見が備えてあるが、向きが悪く使えない。チェックアウトはカードキーをボックスに返すだけで、チェックイン以外スタッフ、宿泊客どなたとも会うことが無かった。高級感は無いが静かで快適だった。
