Clean area with mostly self service. Very quiet and easy to get around.

It is a 15-20 minute walk to Kyoto station, and a 5 minute walk from Kujo station. Also busses are easily accessible from this location.
The price is very good, and the rooms are large for Japan. It has a kitchenette, and washing machine.
The staff is very nice. I would stay there again.

Very easy walk from the train station, great location, very clean and the manager was really helpful. Excellent stay.

Very spacious!

Great hotel, good location and staff.
I could live there easily
But decorations are not there.
It has all you need, but no pictures/colors.
I didn't mind at all, the lady did ;)

One of the nicest places to stay in Kyoto. The family room is large with a little kitchen to prepare hot meals, very close to Kyoto station.
