My stay on the hotelroom was very good, the room was nearly new, and the shower was also for high people 👍the only bad thing thing was that there was no view from the room, only view to the wall. The breakfast was poor, like being in a prison, a very little sandwich, some jelly and cold or hot the or coffe, they should have saved a little on cleaning and then have upgraded the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and tidy and conveniently situated. Unfortunately, its very expensive for what you get. No tea making facilities, iasked for a kettle and a mug but was told no mugs, i had to go and buy one. I asked for bottled water and was told only one bottle a day and only given out after 3pm. The breakfast was one small roll full of lettuce and a small paper cup of coffee, only one cup per person, no fill ups! This hotel is not cheap and there are so many more friendly and for a better price. Look elsewhere.

Hotel staff barely speak and/or understand English. It is hard to communicate to customers. In Japan, tourists feel unwelcome because almost every things are in japanese language. Hotel breakfast is not good.

Very clean, not close to much

I stayed in Gion last time I visited and probably prefer that area of town to this area. Not much by way of food and none of the attractions we were there for are within walking distance. Daily housekeeping was great and definitely not something I see at this price point very often. I was surprised by the lack of amenities--there is a small selection of things to pick up in the lobby but no hot water kettle/cups in the room. Room is also very small. I put one bag under the bed and one on the small table and had to shuffle sideways to get around the beds. Breakfast is included but is very small and the exact same meal every day. We ate the first two days and went out the second two when we realized it was going to be the same. There is a large lobby with plenty of seating but you are not allowed to eat or drink in there unless it is breakfast. We asked late at night if we could eat since the "restaurant" was closed and they said no. Don't really get that and it was disappointing to not be able to use that space when we were traveling with friends and not space in the room to relax together.

A great hotel in a super convenient location. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size compared to most Japanese hotels. Provided free breakfast which was super helpful to getting the day started. Would definitely stay again!
