Amazing!! Super super cool place! Really well thought out facility!! Great breakfast and cozy room! Small but not too small. Kinda crowded but quiet in the rooms. Had a great experience for the price.

Our stay in this hotel has exceeded our expectation. We were surprise that the room was very roomy. The hotel give us a feeling that we are in Japan and that is a good thing. We were extremely happy about everything in the hotel.

Lovely experience for foreigners used to larger hotel rental spaces, and complete with basic amenities and more! If you want to stay in a multi-hotspring place that juxtaposes tradition and modernity, Onyado Nono is the place for you. Little free amenities were fun to have, like iced matcha lattes, ice pops at night, yakult in the mornings and evening snack ramen. The AYCE breakfast buffet is worth the price given the variety of foods offered. Front desk folks can speak and understand English. Late check in times, and luggage storage at check out time were appreciated. The place was clean, though clearly travelled, airy, comfortable and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Neat experience. It was very well organized. They are not tattoo friendly in the onsen so keep that in mind when you book.

The overall onsen experience felt a bit contrived. This is a very big, very new hotel. Not an authentic experience. Check-in is pure insanity, with the number of people coming in and out. The same for breakfast buffet. But it is nearly new so very clean and in great shape! I doubt that will last with the volume of people they are moving, though…

Fantastic property. Will definitely come and stay again. The hot springs were great, the style and uniqueness of the hotel made it feel like a traditional Japanese Stay. 10 out 5 Stars
