Everything is good except the height of the bathroom sink is too low which gives you backache just brushing your teeth.

Convenient to station. One can walk from Kyoto Train Station to the hotel. Missed not having windows that looked out.

Our hotel is surrounded by some buildings and opening window is limited due to protecting the privacy both of our guests and neighbors. We are very sorry for this inconvenience it may cause. The windows in Twin and Triple can be opened. We hope you will stay at that type of room in your next visit. Incredible location and nice room. Double check to see if you have a window though- we did not and were disappointed. You can’t beat the location!

I very much loved my stay here. Next to Osaka station, very conveniently located if you travel by train. The distance to nightlife, restaurants and clubs is about 2km, but easy to walk, or catch metro.
The staff were amazing, even got a little birthday gift. Thank you! I can't wait to come stay again.

The property was very user friendly. Very busy, especially for breakfast but very well managed. Close to the station and walkable to many sights & restaurants. Only one downside was the lack of a proper window in our room.

We share your comments among all staff.As one of the biggest attractive points of our breakfast, we serve various kinds of Kyoto traditional dishes with plenty of fresh vegetables and ingredients from local farm by buffet style. Although some of our guests from overseas might feel their taste unaccustomed, we are really pleased to hear that you could enjoy having breakfast at our restaurant.We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed sightseeing a lot. As you know, our hotel is located at very convenient place to many sightseeing spots and easy access to public transportation such as city bus, train and subway. Nearest stations are just 3 minutes walking from our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the room window. Since our hotel is located in residential area, the windows in some types of room cannot be opened for our guests’ and neighbors’ security. Although the window is frosted, these rooms can still get gentle light when you open the window shade. Nice hotel close to Kyoto Train Station. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was great!
