We really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a family. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Liked having the laundry facility on site however, the dryers are not too good.
Place is really close to seven eleven and Lawsons. So close to Kyoto station.
Overall, I would really recommend this place for people in big groups or family.

Great place very close to Kyoto station which made it super easy when arriving and easy to do tours. Staff friendly and helpful. Communal laundry at ground level. We packed light and used that!

Lovely place near the train station without the noise. Had laundry machines and staff was so friendly and helpful!

Very clean and quite hotel. Extremely close to Kyoto station, which made it extremely convenient.
