One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Hotel is spotless with all the amenities you could think off. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. Hotel is walking distance to Kyoto train station and shopping places.

Great experience, staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, had Japanese style and western style and they all tasted good. Room is delicates and amenities like lotion and hair shampoo are Mikimoto products which were great.

absolutely loved my 2-night stay at Kikokutei Bekkan and am already planning my return! The property was completely immaculate and provided the exact authentic, organic Kyoto cultural experience I was searching for. A massive thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my entire visit—they truly made me feel welcome. To top it all off, the traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing and a highlight of each morning. If you are looking for an immersive cultural stay with top-tier service, I cannot recommend this place enough!
