This APA location is awesome .. just less than 5-8 mins walking (depending how fast you walk) to Kyoto Station, Kyoto Tower and shopping nearby, and taking any buses to Nishiki Market n more. Love it .. Room is great!!

The room was small, but perfect to have a place to leave your bags and sleep in. If you're outside being a tourist for majority of your stay. I'd recommend. If you plan on spending time in your room, I'd recommend a bigger location.
