We had a wonderful stay. Could not have asked for a better location- it is so close to the train station and the staff stored our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out so we could go do more sightseeing before our train to the next location. The property was clean and very quiet too! Highly recommend!

The room was very small for two people with luggage, but we could have seen that during booking. The staff is friendly, and although they cannot speak English very well, at least they used Google translate. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable.

The property is very convenient to access Kyoto Station and bus stations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to provide directional support for city tours. But the room is very very (I specifically used two "very") small, not suitable for more than one person.

The staff was not very accommodating for our check in. Bathroom layout is terrible. Can hardly fit to use the restroom with the door closed. It is a great location but next time I’ll choose somewhere else.

The hotel is in a convenient location with excellent access to the train station. They provided thoughtful amenities, including toiletries, hot water kettle, and even nightwear. We especially enjoyed the heated toilet seats and automatic bidet. The staff was wonderful and kindly held our luggage before check-in, allowing us to explore the city freely.
