Nice place but confusing information
Posted 23 Jul 2019 on HomeAwayThe property was nice and clean. All facilities provided according to the description. Fantastic location! However, the property owner did not communicate via HomeAway nor did she apply the check-out times of the HomeAway website. Very difficult to get in touch and only communication via e-mails that kept ending up in my spam filter. Somewhat confusing.

Pros: Clean, spacious, comfortable, easy walk to Eileen Donan castle.
Cons: Only minor downside is that it is next door to a pub/restaurant, so potential for a bit of noise at closing time.But convenient if youwant to eat out.
Good base for for exploring Highlands. Close to Eileen Donan castle.

The pub is our family owned pub and doesnt usually tend to be noisey. Sometimes it ocassionally has live highland musicians playing but tend not to play too late.

Eilean Donan View is a lovely spacious cottage with great views out over the Loch Alsh. The cottage is very homely and comfortable with everything that you could every need. It is a 2 minute walk to Eilean Donan castle which is a must see attraction when visiting the highlands, it also has a really nice pub next door which serves some really good food and drink.
I really enjoyed my stay at the cottage and will definitely be going back again.

Espaciosa y muy agradable

Location: Muy cerca del castillo. Sirve de base para explorar la isla de Skye
Es una casa estupenda, muy amplia y cómoda.
La encontramos muy limpia y agradable.
Una cocina fantástica y muy completa .
Se puede aparcar en la puerta.
Muy recomendable
