some equipment at gym didn't work properly: one treadmill and the only elliptical.
staves are very friendly, hotel is very clean and convenient.

Posted 24 Jun 2021 on HotelsI stayed at two hotels during my week in Kiev and this was my favourite. The atmosphere is calm and refined, near the river.
Staff at the front desk and restaurant were efficient and friendly from check-in to check-out. They were very helpful in giving directions, arranging cars, making restaurant reservations and recommendations.
The decor of the room is simple, modern and comfortable. The restaurant on the seventh floor is simply stunning and the breakfast (included) is impeccable. Breakfast is ordered off a menu; there are not a lot of choices but everything is delicious and with beautiful presentation. This is much more elegant than a buffet, in my opinion.
Kyiv can be a complicated city to navigate if one does not speak Russian or Ukrainian, but the staff and setting at Riviera House make me want to return.
