Stunning views, a bit smelly room, very poor service/unfriendly staff and management. We got bad food poisoning at their restaurant, the hotel tried to cover it up and kick us out of the resort. Only after ambulance personal told them offf, they left us alone. Hard to imagine worse handling of the issue.

Everything was great and we had enjoyed it... Just one thing it made me a little sad, that's why we had gotten the standard room in the new building. however, because We had a small cat they had changed our room in the old building, it was really ok, but they wish had told us before I arrived, because of that we had'nt expect although I have no saying to them... Finally, as I told everything was great, really the place is picturesque... beautiful place, chill atmosphere

Perfect relaxing stay

I can only assume any negative reviews are old. There is a new building to this hotel which has recently opened and which I stayed in. Lovely lake view room, very comfortable. Friendly staff in reception, pool area and restaurant. Good food at breakfast and dinner. There is still some building work going on but this was minimum noise. Pool and spa in a seperate building so away from any building noise. Baffled by a previous review I read that suggested the pool was so far away from the hotel that you needed to drive! If you feel like this I would question how you cope with every day life. Brilliant stay and I will return

Excellent location among mountsins in forest area at the lake. Services are not mprovifed to the guests in full because of unsatisfactorymaintenance of some sport and recreational ewuipment such as bicycles and aquacycles. Majority of staff don't speak any foreign language. There is no any elevator in the hotel. At the same time support service for taking guests'luggage is not organised. Check-in time was delayed. Check out was quite long because of long checking minibar use. There wss no tea/coffee facility in the room. Butter during breakfast was privided only upon request.

There are several standards, which have to be considered by the staff, such as checking the rooms/mini bar during the check-out. Worst hotel bar ever !

In general a really lovely stay, however, the hotel bar was a joke! We ordered a dark and stormy and a mojito after dinner in the hotel bar, and both was the worst drinks ever, not ever worth a penny !!! Everything else had no complains, but hotel serious needs to sort out the bar personal ! Restaurant staff, reception and all other staffs was no les than fantastic !

我要投訴這間酒店之住宿安排,約於半年前訂下此酒店,當時訂下2個房間,1間給我,另一間同我朋友訂的,於4/10當日下午check in, 當時被安排入住另一座樓,要往室外走去,當時見那座樓非常殘舊,而我安排入住之房閒設施殘舊,打開露台門見環境非常惡劣,什麼人也可以行過,沒有私隱度。我朋友那間還好一些。我即時行往那座新座樓同櫃檯投訴,她們有為我轉往此新樓的,但不退新樓與舊樓之差樓。因我有另2位朋友同行,但他們自己訂,與我同時期的,他們訂房之價格Gel 288 standard room, 而我訂那二間當時價格Gel 340 Superior room, 價錢竟然高過新座樓之價格,簡直不合理。因不滿,故此我沒有接受轉去新座樓,用了很久時間才選了免強可以入住,還是在舊座樓。整體來說這座舊樓已殘破不堪,沒有設施,是不應提供給客人入住的。這次感覺很不愉快,極之影響我和太太之心情,感覺有如被欺騙了。

As we investigated your case, you had a reservation in the old building (A), Junior Suite room and Standard Room, that it why the prices were different. As you were not satisfied with the building, we offered you a room in the new building (B) and our Executive Director went his way to show you all the rooms and accommodate you according to your needs. We are deeply sorry, that our property could not meet your expectations and our attempt to satisfy you, was not enough to memorize Kvareli Lake Resort as a wonderful experience, where staff did their best to help you.
