Room service food prices are super crazy high, staf of room service are super stupid

Older property, yet very well-maintained amd very vibrant. The staff has all been professional and quite helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Very difficult to park due to construction
Took over an hour to get my car from Vallet because they lost my car keys
Manager Hazem didnt follow up or show up to resolve the issue
If this is how they handle small things like car parking, i can never imagine how they would handle an important event or celebration
Highly dont recommend, so many hotels in Salmiya book else where

Nice stay.
At the moment the immediate surroundings of the hotel are somewhat haphazard.

Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsGreat service but the hotel is in pretty poor condition. It's very dated and in pretty poor condition for a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in 3 star hotels in better condition.
