- Always clean with Bukhoor/Perfume used in every area of the building - Fresh and beautiful AC which works and can be controlled - Friendly Staff who go above and beyond to assist - Lots of free amenities which get replenished daily - Great location and views of BOTH Kuwait City and Sea - Price for what you receive is more than reasonable

Excellent stay in Kuwait

Great hotel and poor neighborhood

We took the one bedroom apartment and it was spacious. Service is great and the hotel is brand new. The only downside is the neighborhood (very old underdeveloped),

Extremely poor service

The staff were extremely rude especially the main front desk. They assured me everything was in order before my stay then cancelled saying "single individuals cannot stay" at the last minute. They misled me to think everything was ready for my stay when in fact it was not. This created a huge nightmare for me. It was absolutely unprofessional. I dont even know if I have gotten my deposit back. Im disgusted.

Gem of a hotel in Kuwait

Fantastic new hotel in Kuwait. The hotel has large clean rooms, comfy beds, a good sized gym, a lovely cafe on the ground floor and offers a great breakfast in the restaurant. Now to the best bit, the wonderful staff who go above and beyond ( every single one of them). A special word for the manager Mr Mohamed and Yayha. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely be back!
