Our first experience in Grand Hotel Kuwait
Posted 5 Dec 2020 on HotelsCheck in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa. The staff are very excellent and their massage service is one of a kind! I will surely recommend it to my friends and family! Kudos for Staff Mini Sam!
However I would suggest if they can improve their television and the telephone. Its is really old and difficult to use.

Loved the breakfast buffet for its variety. Clealiness and attention from staff was exceptional. Im noy sure why there are two or three different prices for breakfast w room. I picked the cheaper optiom and still got full breakfast buffe my for two.
