Nice stay
Posted 11 Jun 2018 on HotelsQuiet location with ample parking. Front desk made extra effort with recommendations for shopping for some specific items I wanted. Breakfast with extensive choices. Enclosed shower, bed comfortable, effective blackout curtains. Restaurant with excellent smoked salmon soup.

Friendly hotel close to a Finnish lake

Birding tours
Location: Location near a lake, hiking/biking trails; cross country skiing, other winter activities, nature watching.
Hotel close to downtown Kuusomo. I stayed for three nights in a cold spring with light snow on all days.

Staff great though. And the Brecfast was fantastic! gluton free well catered for this is its saving grace..

Posted 28 Dec 2018 on HotelsHyvä perushotelli, ravintolassa erityisen hyvä ruoka. Välitön ympäristö oli hiukan karu, mutta Ruka ja Kuusamon muu luonto kohtuullisen hyvin tavoitettavissa.
