We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we return.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at chatrium! Rooms are spacious and come stocked with fruit and drinks and breakfast foods. Location was great and walkable to many restaurants in hirafu, and the shuttle and in-house rhythm gear rental was so convenient for our ski and snowboarding trip. Yvonne at the front desk was amazing and helped us book taxis as well as onsens. Thank you for the wonderful time!

First check in staff is not helpful as we requested extra blanket, rolling bed and bedding sheet, he said no such things can be provided. 2nd night we requested the dehumidifier and got a malfunction one and finally delivered an bigger upgrade one. Check out at 10 am is crucial for a family with a young kid.
