Very good value for the price. Very friendly and helpful owner, hassle-free transport from the airport even at 3am. Under 10min of easy walking to the center square. Would recommend to anyone who wants a simple, safe, and clean place to crash for a night.

Great base for a trip to Kutaisi

Lovely small family hotel in the old part of town. Room modern tho with lovely tiny balcony.

Nice little hotel, excellent value for money
Posted 21 Apr 2019 on HotelsHotel was just fine for our one night stay. Location not too bad as a short ten-fifteen minute walk to the main square. Hotel has a good number of mini market shops nearby. Our room was on the top floor and was a double room which was just the right size, but there was no wardrobe. Comps were slippers, soap and shampoo only.
Downsides I’d say would be lack of shower curtain and also a bit noisy as no doors from reception to the rooms so even though we were on the top floor got woken a few times by noise in the hallway.
Air conditioning also supplied and worked.

Posted 19 Apr 2019 on HotelsFriendly and welcoming staff that were kind enough to organise a short trip to Gelati for us on our way to the airport before our flight.
Rooms are clean and serviceable. Only issue was some slight noise in the corridor from other guests in the night -although this was not the fault of the host.
Breakfast was good -freshly served at the table after agreeing a time the previous night.
All in all good value for money and would recommend
