Busy location but central in Kuta. First gave room in basement (LG) with no window. We didn’t notice as it was 2am. I saw front desk in morning and they switched us to better room with a proper window. We paid for Deluxe room too. Ensure you don’t get LG room when check in. Fair hotel. Mercury seems much nicer next door for not much more. Good spa below.

Posted 20 Sep 2023 on HotelsWhen we checked in she tried to give us the one bed instead of the 2 twin beds that I booked. Not cool. eventually she gave us the 2 twin beds that I booked. You can hear all the talking/ snoring beside your room and all the noise outside your door. also It will be nice if they can clean under the bed, because they are dirty when we checked in. But the hotel is in the good location. friendly staffs.

Posted 3 Mar 2020 on HotelsHorrible asked for extra towels that wasn't allowed asked for a small hand towel or washer no they dont have them no milk for the tea and coffee that was supplied the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in on us and the air con wasnt the best
