This was a last minute booking due to a bad situation on a group trip. And the hotel and staff really change that and made our trip amazing by to time we left. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel gave us so many opportunities to do what we wanted! Thank you!

The hotel staff was so nice, the rooms were comfortable and the restaurant had a great variety of food.

Staffs were excellent in all areas. Friendly and helpful. Ulan in restaurant has a very good customer service attitude, professional and quick to respond for anything we requested. Will refer to friends who will visit bali in the future. We'll come back and stay again on our next holiday. 👍👍

I absolutely love this place it really is a hidden gem, it’s quiet and safe, the staff are absolutely fantastic friendly kind and welcoming! The rooms are comfortable complete with bottled water and equipped with everything such as body wash shampoo conditioner tooth brushes and slippers! Room service is outstanding and the food is amazing. The pool has a built in spa which is surrounded with deck chairs and beach towels what I loved was you could swim
Up to the bar and get a drink! The hotel comes with a gym that over looks the pool area! If you don’t want a swim you could book in and get a massage this place has it all!
If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay this is the place to be not to far away from the main attractions but you can easily get there by go grab this is the cheapest way to get round!
