Nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive. The buffet breakfast was great too! The hotel is close to everything. The supermarket, pharmacies, shops and eateries are all within walking distance. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
